These terms govern your use of Fullstory. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them - they're written to be clear, not just to protect us.

Fullstory is a free personal profile platform that lets you build and share a page about who you are. It is operated by JULY17 SIA, a company registered in Latvia, European Union.
The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but any such changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing free functionality without notice.

By registering an account or using Fullstory in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 14 years old to use Fullstory. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 14 and 17, we recommend that a parent or guardian review these terms with you.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their explicit permission.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Because Fullstory uses magic link authentication (no passwords), keeping your email account secure is the primary way to protect your Fullstory account.
One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or circumvent usage restrictions.
Your username becomes your public profile URL (fullstory.me/username). Usernames are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not transfer usernames between users.

You own the content you create on Fullstory - your profile text, images, and story blocks remain yours. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
By publishing content on Fullstory, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating and providing the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You confirm that you have the rights to post any content you upload, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Your profile is public by default. Anyone with your profile URL can view it.

You may not use Fullstory to:
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you do, your public profile is removed immediately and your personal data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in behaviour that harms other users or the platform, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action and give you an opportunity to respond.
On termination, your licence to use Fullstory ends immediately. Any content you have published will be removed from public view.

Fullstory is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties - express or implied - regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, though we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
We are not responsible for the content posted by users. Any views expressed in user profiles are those of the account holder and do not represent the views of JULY17 SIA.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JULY17 SIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of - or inability to use - Fullstory.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU or Latvian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Fullstory will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
If you are a consumer located in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continuing to use Fullstory after the effective date of any changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may delete your account before they take effect.
